For our client, Ritu Stones, we were tasked with designing a logo that conveyed the essence of their business and its core product: stones. The company is a part of the Ritu Group of companies, which is known for its commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
The first step in the design process was to create a text-based logo that incorporated the company's name, Ritu. In Sanskrit, Ritu means "seasons," and this concept played a significant role in the design of the logo. We chose an uneven font for the text to represent the unique, natural characteristics of the stones that Ritu Stones sells.
Underneath the text, we included a line that represents the quality standards that the company strives to maintain. The line serves as a visual representation of the limit below which the quality of the products is not up to par, and it emphasizes the company's commitment to providing top-quality products to its customers.
To further incorporate the theme of seasons into the design, we used colors that represent the six seasons of the year. These colors are incorporated into the line and serve as a metaphor for the enduring nature of the company's relationships with its customers and its products.
